In July 2014 Alphaeon Corporation acquired Physician Recommended Nutricueticals (PRN), a manufacturer of nutritional supplements.
In December 2014 Alphaeon Corporation acquired Clarion Medical Technologies, a medical device and product manufacturer based in Cambridge, Ontario.
